This summer is incredibly exciting for fans of Disney animated films with many new films from the beloved studio. We’ve already seen Dumbo, Aladdin and Toy Story 4. The epic The Lion King movie will be released this month along with Pandora’s amazing Disney Lion King performance!
The new range of Pandora Disney The Lion King is quite small and consists of one bracelet and four charms. Two pendants are crafted from sterling silver and the other two are crafted from lustrous 18k Pandora Shine gold.
The new Pandora Disney Lion King bracelet features Rafiki’s drawing of a young Simba on the clasp. This bracelet will be the perfect base for your Lion King style.
The adorable portrait of Simba was originally our favorite pandora charm from the new Pandora Disney Lion King line. Simba’s face and charisma are aptly portrayed in this pose, depicting a time in his life when he is ready to take charge and become king. Black enamel details accentuate his eyes, while burgundy red highlights his nose. We also got a Shine version of this charm.
As with most Disney films, The Lion King is not only about friendship, but also about love. The new Simba & Nala Heart charm reminds us of the waterfall scene and Elton John’s «Can you Feel the Love Tonight» from the Lion King soundtrack. Young Nala and Simba are depicted in the center of the heart-shaped bead. Illustrating a beautiful sunset, golden cubic zirconia stones turn purple. Tiny carved hearts adorn the sides of the charm.
Hakuna matata is the perfect phrase to describe Simba, Timon and Pumbaa’s new pendant. A trio of friends go on an adventure on one side of this amazing charm. Behind them hangs a separate medallion depicting the jungle in forest green enamel. Two identical green cubic zirconias adorn both sides of the base of the pendant, and on the back we can see two fern leaves.
Glorious gold tones are the film’s signature colors, and 18k gold Pandora Shine plating perfectly complements the amber enamel details in Disney’s new Simba and Mufasa pendant. In one disc, Mufasa and Simba sit together, watching over their Realm. The second disc shows a savannah scene with tall trees and elegant giraffes. The reverse side is engraved with «The Circle of Life». An interesting pattern adorns the base of the pendant.
